Children Policy
The hotel does not feature any children facilities and children under the age of 14 years old are not accepted for safety reasons.
In the event that a guest arrives with a child or children under the age of 14 without the hotel’s prior knowledge and written consent, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation and enforce cancellation fees in accordance with the reservation’s policy.
Pet Policy
Lovia Mykonos warmly welcomes small pets to join our guests during their stay. To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all, we kindly ask that pet owners adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Pet Eligibility:
– Pets allowed in our hotel must be well-trained and weigh under 5 kg.
2. Behavior and Restraint:
– Pets must remain with their owners at all times in common areas, carried in a pet bag or securely leashed.
– Pets are to be kept on a leash within the hotel property and common areas unless they are inside the guest’s room.
3.Pet Left Unattended in Room
– If owners need to leave the hotel premises while their pet remains in the room, pets must be secured in a pet crate or carrier for their safety and to prevent incidents.
4. Owner Responsibility:
– Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including damage to room furnishings or hotel property.
– Any additional cleaning required due to pet stays may incur a cleaning fee.
5. Noise Consideration:
– For the comfort of all guests, we request that pets be well-behaved and refrain from excessive noise. Repeated disturbances may require the guest to make alternative arrangements.
Note: We currently do not offer specific pet amenities, so we recommend that pet owners bring any necessary items their pet may need during their stay.

Booking terms & conditions
For privacy and security of credit card usage, kindly note that the cardholder must be the same person who checked in, and this card will be required to present again upon check-in for verification purposes.
Standard Payment Policy:
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before the arrival date for the total reservation amount.
Payment policy: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged to the provided credit card 07 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Low (01/04-10/05 & 01/10-31/10), 14 days prior the scheduled arrival in Middle & High (11/05-10/07 & 06/09-30/09), or within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Peak (11/07-05/09) season.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Low (01/04-10/05 & 01/10-31/10),
14 days prior the scheduled arrival in Middle & High (11/05-10/07 & 06/09-30/09),
or within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Peak (11/07-05/09) season, 100% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.
In case of cancellation 24hours prior to arrival, non show or of departure earlier than the scheduled one, the total cost of the reservation is required.
Important notice:
A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through the provider.
Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change.
Non Refundable Payment policy:
- Full prepayment via a payment link through safe bank environment of the total reservation amount is required upon booking confirmation and it is non-refundable.
- The hotel has the legal right to charge client’s credit cards based on the above policy.
- In case of failure to provide payment as above, Lovia Mykonos reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation and notification.
Non Refundable Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.
- No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
- In case of cancellation, modification, non-show or departure prior to scheduled day 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change.
Group Policy:
Property’s Payment & Cancellation Conditions for group reservations over 3 rooms:
For group bookings, we offer non-refundable rates, with a 50% payment of the total required upon confirmation and the remaining 50% payment required 3 months prior to the scheduled arrival.
All deposits are nonrefundable in case of cancellation, non show or departure prior the scheduled departure date from the hotel.
Please also note that prepayments of the reservation via bank transfer or through payment link is required upon final confirmation, which is nonrefundable in case of cancellation, amendment, non-show or departure prior to scheduled day and results in 100% charge of the stay.
Due to the specialty of this rate this reservation cannot be cancelled. No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
